I, Zakk Asshole of Unleashing Vengeance spent all of today recording 8 new songs.... These aren't completely new, they are cut songs from the last Unleashing Vengeance cd "The Final Crusade" and remakes of songs from "Cosmos" and "The Wrath of Tah-um" with thrash vocals instead of death/black metal vocals.
The new EP is interesting. it has a mix of blackened thrash, progressive thrash, symphonic metal, raw black metal and symphonic black metal... Each of the 5 cut songs is a different style. None sound similar. Track 1 is blackened thrash. Track 2 is symphonic metal, track 3 is progressive thrash, track 4 is raw black metal, track 5 is symphonic black metal with thrashy riffs like Rancid Abomination or something like that. That makes this the most varied unleashing vengeace cd ever.
The cd was mixed today and I had a hard time mixing it again. I finally got it right 2 tries in and had to remaster the previous cd to fix that as well... It took a while to do this because I was working on filming a documentary about the making of this cd, similar to the one I filmed for the last cd..
Anyway, this is our last original cd... Don't plan to do anymore. The stress of having to mix stuff is pissing me off that I need to stop doing it now. I had to remix each of the 4 cd's we did this year 2+ times, sometimes 3X times as well.. It's a bitch... So I am quitting. No more Unleashing Vengeance. Won't have time to do anymore anyway due to something else in my life anyway... (A job I may be getting soon).

Unleashing Vengeance records it's final CD....
3 Days ago me and Kirk S. wrote 20 new songs for the last cd for unleashing vengeance. We then split up and that left me with the duty of doing vocals and mixing the final tracks for a new album, which I am calling the final crusade. Since Kirk decided to split up with Me afterwards, due to me not wanting to continue the band, he will join some other local Boston Rock/Metal band later. Unleashing Vengeance then had it's final recording session for a full album today when my parents were out.
Since I didn't know how long they would be out and at what time, I had to get up really early this morning. Way too early.... I waited patiently for my parents to leave so I could record vocals... And I started working on a documentary showing off what I was doing at the same time... I started filming myself around Noon and showed off me recording lead vocals around 12:30. By 2 PM the cd was fully recorded... I had it fully mixed by tonight...
It's over. Unleashing vengeance's final cd is done. It's called the Final Crusade and has 11 songs on it.
2 of those 11 are instrumentals. The other 9 got vocals and were recorded today. Came out good minus the production, which could be better...

Anyway... This cd has amazing music but the production has issues, like the last few... Vocals were recorded way too quiet... You can barely hear them and there is some clipping issues here and there... But besides that it's fine. Songs were fun to record.... I ended up doing backing vocals for a few songs last night before going to bed early so I could get up early this morning...
Music wise, this cd is a mix of Blackened Thrash and Symphonic Metal. Some songs are one style others are the other, a few are a hybrid mix. A few have folk melodies but that is rare on this cd anyway. More have classical styled melodies than folk melodies. Vocals are a mix of thrash and black metal vocals plus some clean vocals on 2-3 songs...
This is the last full unleashing vengeance cd that will be done. But don't worry, there will be 2 more releases for Unleashing Vengeance, a greatist hits compilation and an EP.....
Since Unleashing Vengeance is done, I decided that I would continue my solo project Homcidal Hammerfist in it's wake... There will be a new album for HH by the End of the month....

Unleashing vengeance returns as a 2 piece and makes plans to record as many albums as possible...
Ok here is some good news for Unleashing Vengeance fans... The breakup we had was only temporary. We parted with our drummer - Peter Fletcher.... We decided to split up but come back later to do a few more cd's for the summer... Starting with a new one Me and Kirk "Captain Crunch" Stabbati are working on now... The new lineup is stable for now... I ended up taking the role of drummer again, something I have done in the past. I actually did the drums on all recent cd's by Unleashing vengeance (Cosmos and later). So this is no different...
Me and kirk started jamming some new songs out today... We recorded tracks for 8 new songs for a new album which now has a title "I fall"... The music for this new cd, is frankly, Amazing. It is the third we did with a full on blackened thrash feel to it. The actual black metal parts are absolutely stunning on this cd.... The thrash parts are quite nice as well.. It sounds great!
I filmed an update several hours after kirk and I finished mixing tracks... Here it is... It's on Dailymotion rather than youtube. I've jumped from Youtube to dailymotion over youtube issues so that's why this update is there... Watch the update, I showed off previews of the new music there...
It's good to be back. Unleashing vengeance had a little split up last weak after recording Dawn of Stupidity. We had to go back to square one. I somehow got kirk on board with doing more stuff with UV for a while... Since he helped with every single UV cd out there, including old shit from 2002, it felt natural to have him doing guitars again. No one else can do the riffs I need for UV. Not even guitar gods like Wylde could pull this off.
This could be the best damn thrash cd ever recorded people. it's that good. It's complex, emotional, speedy, dark sounding, CATCHY, and has tons of black metal elements thrown in. Some songs lack keyboards... I chose not to do keyboards for a few tracks... Decided leads needed to be added in in places. I played some guitar on this cd doing lead work on tracks 2 and 4.
Anyway, I hope this cd comes out good. It won't be released till next monday at the latest. Still up in the air.

New Unleashing Vengeance CD Recorded today....
Today I worked on a new unleashing vengeance cd I wrote with the other UV guys 3 days ago.... This one is a completely different animal then the last cd we wrote together which was Slaughter the Innocent. This one is a Blackened Thrash CD....
Entitled Dawn of Stupidity it focuses on controversial and personal lyrics that fall into similar categories... It's not a concept album but the some of the songs have similar concepts... Track 1 is an intro followed by track 2 which is a thrashy opener about the censorship of comic books in the 1940's by Fredric Wertham and the comic code. Track 3 comes up next and is much more black metal oriented. It talks about the BS claim that all metal bands are racist or sexist, especially black metal ones. Track 4 hits you like a rock with thrashy as hell riffs. It's about a personal incident with someone who pretended to be a friend, yet harassed when I said I wasn't friendly with all my nephews and demanded I talk a job he offered. What an ass!
Track 5 is much more black metal oriented, at least in it's first half. The second half is a lot more thrashy. The whole song is around 9 minutes long and it's the longest song on the album. Lyrically it's about trolling by gaming communities, something I've been a victim of. Track 6 is the first about a concept 3 songs on the album deal with, the moral panic surrounding video game violence after the Parkland School Shooting. Track 6 itself is about Matt bevin blaming video games for the shooting. Track 7 is an instrumental and is about how russian bots fueled the moral panic or even created it. Track 8 is about how the President wants to lock up all Autistic people in mental institutions. It's very personal. The final track is about the game duke nukem 3d.
I think the cd came out good.. It has echoey vocals which are a bit quiet and hard to hear at times. One track has some minor clipping issues.. The rest are fine... I had to remix it to fix it and unfortunately the songs on jamendo from the cd are the unfixed versions for now... Doesn't really matter though.... Here is a link to the cd...

Unleashing Vengeance releases a new cd "The Wrath of Tah-um" which is it's first Oriental metal cd....
Unleashing Vengeance just did another CD! This is the last cd that UV will do for a while people...
Entitled "The Wrath of Tah-um", this cd is a Serious Sam video game themed concept album. It is also partially an Oriental metal cd. Certain songs are about parts of the games that take place in Egypt or Persia, and those songs are all Oriental metal songs, with heavy Middle Eastern influences thrown in. The others are about other parts of the world Sam goes to and are just normal thrash songs...
The cd is based on the Serious Sam games, lyrically. It opens up with an intro that quotes a line from the long removed full Serious Sam story, a song mentioning the Hum-Tah, the race of aliens Mental (the game's villain) belongs to. Then comes a long epic blackened thrash song about Mental wiping out all life on Sirius. The song after that is a very short thrashy song about Sam "Serious" stone's first journey to Sirius which leads to Mental being awakened again and this time Mental attacks earth's people...
Tracks 4-6 are completely different than tracks 1-3. Track 4 is a slow intro to track 5, done in a very middle eastern style. It leads into track 5, which is about Sam Going back in time to Ancient Egypt to try to stop Mental. Track 5 is a slow oriental metal song with an epic riff and fast break. Track 6 is another instrumental done in the same style as track 4 but is much much longer. It is about Sam's fight with Ugh-Zan III at the end of Serious Sam : First Encounter.
The rest of the songs are about Serious Sam : Second Encounter, starting with track 7, which is about Sam's boss fight with the Mayan Wind God Kulkulkan 1/3 of the way through Second Encounter. As such it lacks Oriental Elements and is much more of a technical thrash song.
Tracks 8 and 9 are again oriental metal songs and they are about Sam's travels through Persia in Second Encounter. The first one is very short and is about the beginning of the Ziggourat level. The song itself is the most Oriental song on the whole album though. The next song is about Sam's fight through the courtyards around the Tower of Babel. The song itself is quite oriental sounding, especially during the slower break, but the beginning is very Black Metal like. The final track on the album is about the fights Sam has in Ancient Poland and therefore is not Oriental sounding at all.
I think the cd came out fine. Although vocally, it's slightly disappointing. Tracks 2,5,7 and 8 are fine. The other tracks have issues.. Minor ones though this time. Production is ok but could be better. Drums are kind of bad sounding. The guitars and Middle Eastern Instruments (Sitar, Gongs, etc) sound fine.
As for the Oriental sections, they could be much better, But I am not great at writing Oriental styled metal (yet). I managed to capture the right atmosphere, but the melodies are quite simple at the same time, sounding a lot like Meditative music than actual Middle Eastern Folk Music.. Some melodies don't have that vibe that is needed and sound slightly out of place. Others are way to simple.. Don't think I can do the complicated ones yet, I cannot wrap my mind around their structure by listening to them. So I am sticking to ones I know I can do. Keep in mind that most of UV's music has been thrash up to this point so this change to oriental metal may not have been the best idea. Still sounds good though to me...
Overall I like the cd, and it captures the sound needed to express the serious sam universe well..

New Unleashing Vengeance cd is released as a solo effort, and pushes the band into Black Metal Territory
Unleashing Vengeance news here people. Unleashing vengeance went through a big breakup but don't worry, UV is NOT dead... All band members but me (Zakk Asshole) Left the band... That left me to shore up things and make Unleashing Vengeance a solo project...
So I decided to write the first Solo Project Unleashing Vengeance album last night... I composed it with a certain goal in mind... See I had seen some cool videos showing off sounds the planets in our solar system make... I decided to use these sounds (which were not copyrighted) as a base to write new music... I thought "lets do a concept album about the solar system" and mix in the sounds from the planets into the songs about the planets... I wrote 10 songs:
Track 1: Sol : The Lifegiver (About the Sun)
Track 2: Mercury : The Deadly World
Track 3: Venus : The Melter of Lead
Track 4: Earth : The Origins of Man
Track 5: Mars : The Cold Desert
Track 6: Mighty Jupiter
Track 7: Saturn : The Ringed Giant
Track 8: Uranus : The Mysterious World
Track 9: Neptune : The Frigid Stormy World
Track 10: Pluto : The Lost One
Each song was composed with a very eerie creepy vibe, using folk melodies that were quite oriental sounding at times, but played on high reverberated lead guitars using tremelo picking. The Rhythm Guitars were done by Kirk but He is no longer a member any more. He will join me again to help do rhythm guitars on the next UV as well...
Overall the album came out really good.. Each song is different..
Track 1 is a folk metal instrumental with mostly acoustic guitars done in an American folk style.
Track 2 is a melodic thrash song with a heavy melodeth style.
Track 3 is similar but slower and is much more evil sounding. Some folk melodies are added in later
but they sound creepy.
Track 4 is another American Folk Music Instrumental
Track 5 is a fast thrashy Oriental Metal Song
Track 6 is an epic 11 minute long Atmospheric Black Metal Song with Orchestral Elements
Track 7 is a fast technical thrash song
Track 8 is a very progressive melodeth/thrash song with a folk melody in it too.
Track 9 is a blackened thrash song which is sort of sinister sounding
Track 10 is a brutal blackened thrash song to end the cd.
I think the cd came out great.. It sounds a lot different, because it uses black metal vocals but besides that it's pretty cool... Due to Time Contains I had no choice but to do BM vocals for this, which I have gotten good at lately. Good Vocal Performance.... I like the music a lot for this cd, which you can hear here... Rancid Abomination video gets dislike-trolled by asswipes from a gaming community, possibly..
Rancid Abomination (My old black metal band I disbanded earlier this year) went through some stupidity on youtube and 4chan recently. I decided to check my youtube channel that I host it's music (and all my other bands music) on last night, for stupid trolls disliking videos. As of late there has been trolls all over my youtube channels, all disliking them like crazy. Well it seems an old group of trolls who cannot shut the fuck up have come back to the channel...
A long time ago I did a very controversial video on another channel talking about me getting harassed by people in a gaming community. It got disliked, heavily, by complete trolls, after someone linked to it on 4chan. It pissed me off. Two dislikes and one was from USA, one was from England. I never figured out who did these dislikes, and shut down the channel and relocated (most of) the content of this channel to a new one.... (Minus the video in question).
Later on I find links on my old gaming channel (which isn't around anymore due to trolls disliking it), linking of videos on a gaming site related to the video above. And all of the sudden, tons of people start disliking my content there, including unleashing vengeance music I posted there. The Person who had disliked multiple unleashing vengeance videos, was from england. I soon shut down this channel and moved all my music related stuff to the new channel which is currently still being updated...
So throughout 2 years or so, this stupid english troll has not come back to the new channel I had hosted my music on.... Until now. I looked at a video and somehow it had gotten way more views than it should in 1 month, and 2 dislikes. So I check the traffic sources and lo and behold, 4chan.org is one of them... I verify that some idiot there linked to the video and they did, using analytics. I also verified that the video in question got dislikes from USA and England, AGAIN!
Whoever these trolls are they piss me off.. So I did some digging. Unfortunately, the person who trashed Unleashing Vengeance's music on my old gaming channel, I could not find info on him. The traffic source from england, youtube refused to give me where this person was from. They did however, give me the states that the US dislike came from... And here is that info:
So some stupid people from Florida/or/Alabama are behind this trolling attempt. Fuck them!
They piss me off so much it's not funny. I don't have a clue who these idiots are, but they are going down. I am trying to get as much info on these trolls as possible.. Youtube is useless in this. They give you ABSOLUTELY ZERO info on dislikers minus their country. You can find a state through triangulating traffic sources that linked through a video if you get lucky. Youtube needs to give out more info such as their IP address, their youtube accounts and things like that, for me to be satisfied...
The video was for a song written on a concept album about a specific video games story. That same game happened to be the one that had a site that linked to my old gaming channel. How they found my new channel is beyond me. There is no reference to the game at all on this channel minus in the content of one video which wasn't linked anywhere. In an emergency attempt to get them to leave my channel alone, I renamed the name of it. I also deleted the video in question. I had to do something to protect the channel. A long time ago I did a very controversial video on another channel talking about me getting harassed by people in a gaming community. It got disliked, heavily, by complete trolls, after someone linked to it on 4chan. It pissed me off. Two dislikes and one was from USA, one was from England. I never figured out who did these dislikes, and shut down the channel and relocated (most of) the content of this channel to a new one.... (Minus the video in question).
Later on I find links on my old gaming channel (which isn't around anymore due to trolls disliking it), linking of videos on a gaming site related to the video above. And all of the sudden, tons of people start disliking my content there, including unleashing vengeance music I posted there. The Person who had disliked multiple unleashing vengeance videos, was from england. I soon shut down this channel and moved all my music related stuff to the new channel which is currently still being updated...
So throughout 2 years or so, this stupid english troll has not come back to the new channel I had hosted my music on.... Until now. I looked at a video and somehow it had gotten way more views than it should in 1 month, and 2 dislikes. So I check the traffic sources and lo and behold, 4chan.org is one of them... I verify that some idiot there linked to the video and they did, using analytics. I also verified that the video in question got dislikes from USA and England, AGAIN!
Whoever these trolls are they piss me off.. So I did some digging. Unfortunately, the person who trashed Unleashing Vengeance's music on my old gaming channel, I could not find info on him. The traffic source from england, youtube refused to give me where this person was from. They did however, give me the states that the US dislike came from... And here is that info:

They give you ABSOLUTELY ZERO info on dislikers minus their country. You can find a state through triangulating traffic sources that linked through a video if you get lucky. Youtube needs to give out more info such as their IP address, their youtube accounts and things like that, for me to be satisfied...
The video was for a song written on a concept album about a specific video games story. That same game happened to be the one that had a site that linked to my old gaming channel. How they found my new channel is beyond me. There is no reference to the game at all on this channel minus in the content of one video which wasn't linked anywhere. In an emergency attempt to get them to leave my channel alone, I renamed the name of it. I also deleted the video in question. I had to do something to protect the channel. New Unleashing Vengeance CD is our First Blackened Thrash cd in over 4 years!
Over the last few days, we've been working on a new cd people.... Entitled "Fading Into Obscurity" it is planned to be our last... I know that is not good news... But it had to be said...
On to the new cd...
Composed on a 5 day period before sunday, July 16 2017, the new music is quite heavy and a lot more thrashy than the previous cd, which was a thrash/folk metal mix... This cd is a completely different animal... Instead of being a thrash/folk metal mix, this cd is mostly a blackened thrash cd... Minus a few tracks, the new cd doesn't have much folk elements thrown in... It's also a lot more technical and has longer song lengths than the previous cd.... The title track is 10 minutes long.. It also has a slight Meshuggah Influence brought in in the heavier songs, with riffs that have a syncopated, yet galloped structure that plays at a different time signature than 4/4, with bass drums that follow it perfectly and snares that do not... These riffs and drum beats were added in mostly because I've been listening to a lot of Meshuggah a lot lately and like their music..
Due to that change, the album is a lot heavier than the older ones... And due to the Blackened thrash being added in it's even more heavy than before... Folk elements are only found in 5 tracks out of 8 this time around, and in most of those they are used rarely... When they are used, it's usually small elements of non-european folk being thrown in but sometimes american folk melodies are also used.. But most of the songs don't have a lot of folk melodies this time.. They are used rarer on this cd than any we've done since 2010!
The cd has a theme which is present in some of the songs... The predominant theme is scary things in fiction.... Tracks 1,2,4, and 7 deal with such things such as Cthulhu (track 1), The Aliens from the ALIEN films (Track 2), The Video Game F.E.A.R. (track 4) and the Reapers from the Mass effect game series (track 7). The other two tracks with vocals are personal, lyric wise... The other 2 tracks are instrumentals....
I really like this cd... I can't stop listening to it... It's available to download on noisetrade here....
Unfortunately it's probably our last cd ever... I doubt you will see this Temporary Unleashing Vengeance reunion continue beyond August 2017.

Why Unleashing Vengeance is the Most Underrated Metal band Ever!
Throughout it's history, My Band Unleashing Vengeance has recorded some of the best metal you will hear... Loosely labeled a thrash metal band, Unleashing Vengeance is really a lot more than a mere thrash metal. Fusing in elements of Prog Metal, Melodeth and Metalcore, death metal and even some Folk Metal, Unleashing Vengeance is a very unique band...
The amount of nonsense being spread about Unleashing Vengeance is appalling. The biggest nonsense claim is that it's shitcore, crappy computerized music... That's complete BS... Later on it started to kind of sound like that, but that's only because it used low OVERDRIVEN notes in it's melodeth riffs... And they KIND of sound like keyboards but they aren't... People are calling it industrial and complete crap and badly produced junk... It's stupid. I am here to disprove this BS in this really long article...
I formed unleashing Vengeance as psychotic fury in 2008. Back then it was just thrash metal, nothing special. It didn't have particularly good vocals, or interesting song writing... But it was decent. But by the end of the year it got liked more and got 1000 plays on myspace:
2008: Song - Thunderous Roar of the Thrashing
By the time it got to 2009 (it was a solo artist then), the band shifted a little towards folk metal and prog metal. The vocals got way better. And the sound got way heavier... By this time however I simply could not keep up with the internet and the band failed miserably in plays thanks to myspace music's playcount kept on getting lower and lower... And in October 2009 my mixing PC got infected with bad malware and had to be reformatted. The production issues caused by me having to come bck after that and use different mixing software made the next 15-16 cd's I did sound terrible... and that wasn't good...
2009: Song - HellRoar
By 2010 Unleashing Vengeance would be not much better than 2009, internet wise. But the sound improved a lot. But the overall sound would take a BIG hit before that happened. Trying to fix the guitar sound issues caused by the reformat in 2009, I ended up messing the guitar up bad and no one liked it.... People called it "random noise" online and worse... It was not remotely popular... By this time we were on myspace music and Reverbnation and no one liked it at all.. But after fixing the guitar things did get a little better sounding at least, but no one was interested in the band at all...
The style changed too, being more melodic death metal oriented, and blackened thrash elements were being mixed in too, to compensate for the bad production issues the 2010 stuff had.. Vocals sounded bad but got better late this year...
2010: Song - Lawsuit Lividity
By the time 2011 hit, Unleashing Vengeance became a full band... I added guitarist K.S. and drummer P.F. The sound got better mixed overall, and much more folk metal was being added in. By this time it was clearly not thrash anymore (although we went back to our roots and did a few thrash cd's now and then)... Exotic styles of folk music from non-european countries were being added into the sound, Accidentally. I never intended to write this kind of folk metal, but I did... Slight amounts of metalcore stuff was being added in as well... By the end of the year, the sound started to take a sudden prog metal touch as well.... But still no one liked it...
Online people called it "indsutrial" and crap like that.. Some idiot Production Nazi Trashed the song absolute Disharmony... It was stupid. NO ONE liked it online, STILL!
2011: Song - Absolute Disharmony
By 2012 Unleashing Vengeance would go down a more folk metal styled route and more mixing issues would creep in... The music was fine but the production was only a little better. Later on the production would be fixed by "remastering" the songs done this year. But back when they first came out, it didn't sound great... By this time I had found soundcloud.com, and uploaded my stuff there, which was a big mistake later, but at first we did really well there... Faster riffs were being added in including riffs like the intro riff of the following song... These riffs would take over the sound in 2013 and later but they were not always there... These riffs sounded like high pitched tremolo chord riffs with crazy technical melodies being played over them... It sounded cool...
2012: Song - Exploding Metal
In 2013 Unleashing Vengeance started with a couple of badly produced albums. I like the first of these, despite it's production but overall it needed to be fixed. Ironically a massive Failure of my mixing PC happened right after the third of these cd's and I had to start from scratch. And while I didn't master the production right away (I had to throw away one cd due to vocal hiss - the vocal track getting the music track recorded in it very quietly - something my onboard soundcard does that I cannot get rid of normally), I eventually fixed the production and the sound from there on was so good that all the shit about it being "BADLY produced" just didn't apply anymore. The guitar sound became much more Nu-Metal esque though, with really low notes being played for melody in melodeth riffs... But I didn't see that as a problem because that's not how nu-metal sounds anyway.
The sound was so good that this was my favorite Unleashing Vengeance year. People liked it. But stupidity would also grab it later... But for now it was fine.. Soundcloud was doing good but got slightly worse in 2014... The sound wasn't exactly like 2012. In fact it was even MORE folk metal sounding now... Elements of non-european folk music were being used a LOT and it started to get way more melodic and exotic sounding... Love the music we did this one year... It was awesome, well produced and even though the vocals started kind of rough (I fucked up my vocal chords) it was still good..
2013: Song - The Final Insult
2014 and 2015:
2014 was very similar to 2013 but didn't start out as good. It was more thrashy and less melodic and way heavier. But the song writing was getting worse... The Complexity of 2013 stuff was not there.. But by mid 2014 that changed and the last 3 cd's done were just as good as 2013 but overall it was worse.
By 2015 the band went through two major issues...
1)
We only did compilations this particular year... But we released our stuff on noisetrade and got some downloads and got huge in Texas.. But stupid people started to call our music Shitcore, A term for noise that sounds like music even though we were NOT that... (Just Listen to all the songs we posted here from 2009-2012 before labeling us as that, that's dumb if you do that without doing the listening first!)
2)
A major trolling incident with the community surrounding a video game (a quite popular one I am a fan of ) lead to Bullshit dislikes of our music being hosted on my gaming channel... Some stupid member trolled me while playing levels I made for the game while saying we had no talent and worse... It got bad... He even called our music "screamo" which we were NEVER...
By this point very few people on soundcloud liked us but we were taking over on Noisetrade... Unfortunately the success would not last.. Thanks to be deleting my noisetrade and soundcloud accounts and making new ones due to me not liking later stuff anymore and having to get rid of it online, we lost a lot of ground success wise... People did like our old stuff which we never posted on the old soundcloud and noisetrade accounts but when I listened to newer stuff and put it on them again the successs didn't happen...
So we broke up in 2015...
So We formed Homicidal Hammerfist in 2016, did stuff for that and dismembered september that year. Later on I would reform my old Black Metal band Rancid Abomination and tons of idiots would follow it thinking it was rap on twitter (because they were idiots!)... I ended up doing new cd's for Dismembered September, Homicidal hammerfist and Rancid Abomination the next year (2017) and they all came out great. After listeneing to a lot of unleashing vengeance last month, I decided to reform it for this summer only. We recorded a new album last month/this month and it came out great. Unfortunately the presence for it hasn't been great but it's getting there... I ended up getting the same damn stupid rap fans shit happen to unleashing vengeance right after the cd came out so I had to get a new twitter for UV, Just like I did for RA when the same thing happened for that band....

2017: Song - Slow Torment
It's ridiculous how underrated Unleashing Vengeance is. Poeple simply don't like it. My videos have gotten dislikes, people have called in crap, shitcore, indsustrial, it's been confused for rap by idiots, it simply hasn't gone far, minus one site, Jamendo, which I tried recently. It got a LOT of plays there but thats it.. If I tried Jamendo in 2014 and kept it I would have gotten way more... But alas I didn't.. I mean, you will NEVER hear a more technical band in your life, and the vocals have almost always been good.. The folk elements are there but they are not as consistent as other folk metal bands... The sound is cool and new sounding, yet it really hasn't gotten the attention it deserves....

Unleashing Vengeance is back together, new album being worked on!
Well I have good news for you guys... Unleashing vengeance may have been broken up... But no more! We are now back together. After hearing some of our old stuff, I decided to reform Unleashing Vengeance.
It wasn't an easy decision. But I think it was a good one. It has always been my most popular band till recently. It's doing well online and people even liked my videos on youtube talking about the reunion of this band.
The reunion will feature a new album. Entitled "slaughter the innocent", it is a return to form for unleashing vengeance. We recorded the music for it already over a 5 day period. It has 6 tracks with vocals, 3 without, and overall sounds like a later period unleashing vengeance cd (aka : really technical, thrashy, folk influenced metal).
Track 1 is a slow brooding type song that reflects the mood I have been in lately. It's not a good mood to be in but bad things may be happening in my life very soon if things don't go my way. This is the first UV cd to not have a fast thrashy opener.
Track 2 is a lot faster and heavier. It also has a lot more complex drumming... American folk melodies are thrown in here during the chorus on accoustic. This song is about crappy entertainment on TV, not going to say what tv station yet...
Track 3 is a pure thrash song. It is quite heavy and somewhat complex although it's nothing like track 2 in that department. It's about me getting trolled by idiots in the gaming community surrounding a certain FPS game 2 years ago.
Track 4 is a slow, yet super complex technical thrash song with an interesting melody... It has more american folk melodies thrown in in the chorus. This one is a big political statement. Until the cd is out I don't want to reveal what it is about.
Track 5 is a folk music instrumental.
Track 6 is the first song on the album that blends several different kinds of folk music into metal. It sounds very experimental yet thrashy at the same time. One of the heaviest songs on the cd, but not really complex for a song. This one is about the legendary doom addon hell revealed. This song is going to have black metal vocals, for to fit the theme well it had to be black metal.
Track 7 and 8 are folk instrumentals.
Track 9 is a melodic thrash song with some very technical drum beats and riffs... It has complex melodies as well and has some folk melodies at the end that are non European/American. This one is about how loudwire is stupid and they refuse to mention great music when they do their youtube lists, like Windir, Persuader and Summoning.
Track 10 is going to be an unreleased Windir Cover. I won't include this on the internet do to copyright issues... Song to cover : "The Spiritlord".
Overall I like the way the cd came out. It is a little bit less complex than old unleashing vengeance. But it's close to older stuff melody and riff wise at least... There are fast songs, slow songs and medium speed ones. It's varied enough for my taste. The drumming is a little bit different this time as well, more focused on prog metal drum beats than jazzy ones like old UV stuff.

All of my bands Ditch Soundcloud and are now on #Jamendo
Well due to an utter unpleasant experience on Soundcloud with Atom Collector Records, my bands are now not on soundcloud anymore. I will write about this unpleasantry later on tonight. But for now here are some updates for my bands....
I spent several hours today and yesterday in a frantic rush trying to find the perfect host for my bands now that soundcloud was crapping out on me. I tried A) Myspace music. Could upload tracks there but could not get them to play at all. So I ditched that. I then looked for bandcamp and soundclound alternatives. Tried a bunch. They all fucked up bad. A few were mindless Soundcloud ripoffs with tons of rap/pop/dance/dubstep fags on them. No good for that. I didn't want THAT kind of fanbase for extreme metal, which is 1000000000 times better than that shit anyway! So I decided to rely on two sites that unleashing vengeance did fairly well on when I was trying sites for it in 2014. They were A) Indiemusicpeople.com, and B) Jamendo.com. I uploaded all 5 bands to Indiemusicpoeple.com and made a station there. Got some views but no one put my bands on their stations, so it was a complete failure. But fear not, because the next site I tried, Jamendo.com worked like a Charm.
I spent most of last night and this morning uploading songs to jamendo.com. It was quite annoying how un-user friendly the upload process was, I had to A) Upload .WAV files! (NOT mp3), B) Resize the band's cover image from 512X512 to 600X600 and C) Fill in tons of useless crap like what instruments are in each song!, license info and more. But in the end it payed off.
And did it!
The inconvenience of uploading means you probably will only see 1 track per week per band done now... But the results, boy do they speak for themselves. On soundcloud Rise of the Serpent got 5 plays. Here it got 25! On soundcloud the Rancid Abomination Song Harbinger of fate got 5 plays. On Jamendo it got 46 plays in one day! It didn't even get plays for weeks on soundcloud! Jamendo is literally shitting all over soundcloud. It's so much better. After YEARS of work I finally found a host that is worth uploading to! No more spam on my mentions saying I should buy free followers, no more rap and dance fans liking my shit, no more "21" (soundcloud rap guide spamming tool/troll) trolling me by spamming likes on 1 song forever, none of that shit. Just tons of plays and no Bullshit!

Metal bands that have music that complements Certain Video Games Well....
As a fan of metal, and video games, I like to mix both. So I started listening to metal at the same time as playing a video game a long time ago. Until recently, the choice of what I listened to didn't matter much.. Not so much now. Now I have found metal bands that fit the theme of the game very close and I chose to play said video game with said band... It all started when I experimented with playing Doom with my black metal band Rancid Abomination. Then I heard about how my new favorite metal band windir was being listened to while people played skyrim... So I wanted to find metal bands that fit the theme of games very closely, specifically black metal and folk metal bands of various types..
I tried playing Serious Sam while listening to the band Nile. Since Serious Sam takes place in Egypt, and Nile bases their music partly on Egyptian music, the combination I thought would be good. But I severely understimated how cool Nile sounded with sam. The sound of it really complemented the game well... Nile's really dark egyptian melodies made me fear the alien enemies of Serious Sam more than I normally ever would. I've never been so terrified of a game than when I listened to nile a the same time. That was for serious sam : first encounter only. I later on tried another experiment, trying to play the Persian levels in Serious Sam : Second Encounter with the Israeli metal band Melechesh. That was even more incredible sounding, especially when I was walking around the tower of babel and "doorways to Irkala" was playing. Melechesh blends middle eastern music into their style of metal and they do it incredibly well. It fit the theme of the levels I was playing perfectly... I also tried playing the band summoning, who mix middle ages music into black metal, with the game Hexen. That was also incredible... The music fit the theme of hexen (a mideival fantasy FPS) perfectly.

I tried playing Serious Sam while listening to the band Nile. Since Serious Sam takes place in Egypt, and Nile bases their music partly on Egyptian music, the combination I thought would be good. But I severely understimated how cool Nile sounded with sam. The sound of it really complemented the game well... Nile's really dark egyptian melodies made me fear the alien enemies of Serious Sam more than I normally ever would. I've never been so terrified of a game than when I listened to nile a the same time. That was for serious sam : first encounter only. I later on tried another experiment, trying to play the Persian levels in Serious Sam : Second Encounter with the Israeli metal band Melechesh. That was even more incredible sounding, especially when I was walking around the tower of babel and "doorways to Irkala" was playing. Melechesh blends middle eastern music into their style of metal and they do it incredibly well. It fit the theme of the levels I was playing perfectly... I also tried playing the band summoning, who mix middle ages music into black metal, with the game Hexen. That was also incredible... The music fit the theme of hexen (a mideival fantasy FPS) perfectly.

Unleashing Vengeance News
My old band Unleashing Vengeance had a big issue with it.... I ended up ditching our noisetrade and soundcloud site. Why did I do this? Well... I thought the newer UV stuff sounded a little too artificial so I got rid of it... Big mistake. I relistened to it on a hunch and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought While I ditched it... So Now I have to reupload newer stuff to soundcloud and noisetrade... Which I did..
Now it's online where it should be. I only uploaded the good cd's though. I didn't upload ones to noisetrade that I remember being bad or only ok. Same thing with soundcloud songs... I however couldn't upload all I wanted to soundcloud due to it's upload limit, but I got what I needed up there, which is good..
Unleashing Vengeance, to me is a very underrated metal band. During our career we played not normal thrash metal but EXPERIMENTAL thrash, with elements of melodic death metal, progressive , jazz and even some folk music influences in the later period stuff (2011-2014). We were something that was really special, but never got the attention we deserved. Shure we got a few likes (more than my current bands), but it never got tons. People just didn't like UV... I don't see why... To me we sounded very unique. And we had a really badass guitar sound in 2013 and later. Like At the gate's mid frequency only amp style, only far more distorted, overdriven actually.. I liked that sound a lot and still do. It sounds really cool to hear it again for the first time in years...

Dismembered September Gets Back together to record First Album for it in 2017
Dismembered September formed last year to write brutally fast blackened thrash metal with black/thrash hybrid vocals. The first 2 cd's had tons of production issues and came out bad. By the third cd (filled with unleashing vengeance 2002 era covers), those were fixed. Then Rancid Abomination came back and DS was shelved... But not anymore, for the band members (Me and KS) got back together to restart Dismemebered september this month.
We just recorded the first real cd by the band "The Metaphoric Abomination". It came out great. 8 Awesome brutal blackened thrash metal songs, some being more thrash (the first 4) and some being more black metal (the last 4). It was a smashing success, with great vocals recorded for it by me. I loved the way I screamed and growled into the mic... It was amazing.
So I am proud to announce that the new cd was uploaded to noisetrade 15 minutes ago, and you can download it below!

Rancid Abomination Goes back to being a solo artist and is working on a new (and final) cd
Ok.... Here is the good news. Rancid Abomination (my current music project/solo artist/former band) is not dead yet. It will be dead by the end of 2016 but that is expected... Here is the bad news. I lost all the band members minus our drummer due to them all reforming their old band. That left Rancid Abomination in the gutter with only me as the founding member, going back to being a two piece band with me on everything but drums and Peter Fraleef filling in drums. This is a temporary Arrangement. The band will break up soon after this. The reunion will not last. I don't want to continue it anyway.
I've been amazingly busy recording a new cd for Rancid Abomination. The new Cd will be an anti-christmas cd and will have an evil anti-Christmas carols/Santa Claus theme, just to piss people off during the holidays. With song titles such as "Slaughtered Santa Sausage", "Pissing on the Christmas Tree", "Shove your Christmas Carols up your ass" and "Yuletide Anusfart", the album will be offensive to the idiots out there who want to shove XMAS music down my throat for one more year... I intend to call the cd "The Exploding Death of Christmas".
Working on the new cd's music was hard as hell. I had composed it but didn't realize that I had pumped too much reverb in, causing tons of pops and clicks. So I had to remix it, but this time I noticed that the lead guitars were too high and the keyboards were nonexistent. So I gave it a third go, this time making it perfect... I played rhythm guitars on this cd for the first time in 10 years. It was fun but also quite hard. I did lead guitars too and most of the instruments you will hear on the new cd are my work, minus drums.
I think the music for the cd came out amazing! It took me a while to perfect it but it sounds amazing. A lot like a modern take on older RA stuff from 2005. There are some modern elements but they are rare. Don't expect the UV tinged stuff that was all over "Into hell's Anus". This sounds much more like Classic RA stuff... It has AWESOME keyboards and very good lead guitars. Rhythm guitars are a bit down in the mix but they are there... Melodies are really good and atmospheric. Track 5 must be heard!
I look forward for releasing this cd... Should be really good...

New Rancid Abomination Released! First in 10 years!
It's been over 10 years since rancid abomination relesed a cd. Back
in january 2006, RA released it's 2nd to last cd (the band has always
been a 1 man band). Since then it has been inactive and has not recorded
a single cd.
Until now..
Behold "Into Hell's Anus"!
Today, I was home alone from 5 PM to 7 PM. I get that because on sunday my parents go out to eat. This time they went out to eat at somewhere close due to another reason (not going to say what), so I had less than 45 minutes to record the album. Lucky the album was 37 minutes worth of tracks with vocals. I had recorded 7 tracks with vocals this time (plus 3 instrumentals to add up to a total of 10 songs)... I got away with it this time (sometimes I don't!) and because of that the new cd is done...
There were several moments where I got nervous due to them catching me in the act. One song in particular was 10 minutes long. I got nervous once because I swore I heard them talking outside (when they were not there it turned out). I thought I would be done for. But That never happened. The new cd got recorded, and mixed later on.
The cd is very, very different from the older stuff recorded from 2001-2006. It's vocal style is very harsh and hideous sounding. Not quite black metal and not quite thrash. Somewhere inbetween. The music is close to stuff from eternal hate and pestilence but has some homicidal hammerfist touches (keyboards) and unleashing vengeance touches (fast riffs like in UV's later stuff). It sounds more like Dismembered September than classic Rancid Abomination, but still sounds good. The vocals, for the most part, are excellent (minus 1 song).
You have to expect changes after more than 10 years absence of RA material. It came out good, but it really isn't like older RA stuff at all. More of it's own style that is unique. I like the way it came out but one of the best songs got a bad vocal performance. I thought that song had the best music and it am slightly dissapointed torwards it...

The Rancid Abomination Story (And upcoming Reunion)
From 2001-2006 I was part of an EVIL one man black metal band named Rancid Abomination. This band was so evil, that it may be considered the most evil metal band ever. During it's career it offended so many people on mp3.com, that it wasn't funny. The lyrics were enough to get every weenie out there offended... Tons of satanic lyrics. But not just that... Nooooooooooo...
Rancid Abominations lyrics had tons of references to evil acts not found in other bands.. Slaughtering children wholesale to Satan (including babies!)? Demons feeding off of said people's Entrails? Check! Disgusting References to maggots eating baby brains and baby entrails? Check. Fucking people up the ass? Yup that's right. Massacring cartoon characters like the easter bunny and Rudolph the Red nosed Reindeer? Yup that's right. Fucking Shit Tons of swears? Yup! Tons of references to Satanism including shit tons of implied Satanic Cult activity by me (just to piss people off!). Check!
Tons of references to how certain people/all people/stupid people/idiots I hate need to Die in Pain? Check! References to Vikings slaughtering Christians Wholesale! Check! (Always, always taking the viking side of things)
you see where this is going... It's by far the most offensive metal band ever.
I even went to great lengths to make the album covers look evil. One thing I liked to do was use a gimp (free painting program) filter to "mutate" my face to make it look like a demon shape wise. I did this a lot. I did anything and everything to offend, shock and disgust people with this band. And i payed off. I got tons of trolls on mp3.com saying it sucked... It worked... No one liked it. Everyone hated it. God I love trolling idiots.
One particular image found in an album I did in 2005 even caused some uproar in my family. It showed a mutated version of me with a demonic mouth and a red patch on my forehead that said "FU!" on it. Then beneath that it said "ass perforator - all vocals and music". Once my brother saw that He got horribly offended and I had to tone down my music, which I did NOT do, I only made it worse because he was an idiot!
The band formed in 2001 as a black metal one man band mixed on a 4 track recorder. Back then it was satanic but nothing else. It didn't start getting really offensive till a few cd's later. What kicked it into offensive music overdrive? Well...
I had been getting into black metal bands And had gotten into tons of them. I started hearing about this black metal band called Northwood Ice Pentagrams. They were a satanic joke band. They wrote offensive but funny satanic lyrics that were hilarious. I still laugh at their lyrics to this day. Stuff like Frosted Flakes of Frost (A song telling how Tony the tiger from Frosted flakes is SATAN! - complete with an evil satanic ingredients list in the lyrics), Evil Squirrel (yeah! A song about an EVIL Squirrel), 404 file not found! (hilarious. - It's all in french though).You see where this is going. I got inspired by this heavily....
Add Gwar Influences in and you get the most disgusting offensive band ever. Gwar influenced my stuff just as much as northwood Ice Pentagrams. Lyrics about maggots, sex, ugh.... It was gross but funny... They had no decency. Just listen to songs like Fucking an Animal, Maggots, The Salamanizer (especially) and you will see what I mean...
So I ended up writing evil rancid abomination songs like : Evil Weevil, Satanicock, I roadkilled Rudolph, Prepare to Die, Violence = Anger + Hatred, Unholy Bloodshed (complete with a text to speech intro that was hilarious (read below)), A tourbus in Hell, and worse...

You see how horribly offensive Rancid Abomination was. It offended lots of people on mp3.com. I had it up there from the get go (from when our first song existed). It was quite bad then but not nearly as bad As it would get later on. Tons of anger and hatred all over the lyrics were there from late 2001 till the end. It was horribly violent and evil. Some of it I meant seriously, other songs were just sick jokes. You can tell if a song is serious if there are little to no swears in it.
The ones that were designed to offend people were FILLED with swears. It was horribly bad then... Eventually it would be toned down slightly in 2004. But it still was evil, lyrically. That Never changed... But that wouldn't last and It got more offensive later...
Well the band got SO offensive in 2006 that I decided to disband it permanently.
All along Rancid Abomination's lyrics were designed to be sick and offensive in every conceivable way. But none of it was serious. I was never a Satanist and am not one now. I did it to offend people, specifically one person who seemed easily offended who had annoying kids and showed up at every family get together back in 2001-2002. From 2002 on however the lyrics became more serious and sinister. I stopped trying to offend people as much and wrote evil lyrics on purpose because that's what I wanted the band to be like. Some were still joke song lyrics but a few were serious.
Some songs wrote about interesting shit too. At least one song had politcal leanings in 2004. Several were about fiction. One song was about the movie Alien. Several were about X-Files Episodes. Several songs focused on paranormal themes, such as ghost stories, alien abductions, etc... A few wrote about fictitious paranormal things... One song was written about an infamous haunted painting I read about on paranormal.about.com. That song was amazing! Phenominal melodies. Too bad I lost it tragically.
Fastforward from 2006 to 2016. I had been in tons of side projects and bands. I learned how to do good production and how to write good music. I started becoming more varied as a song writer. Unleashing Vengeance would get semi popular. All of that made me want to go back to Rancid Abomination bad. In 2014 It almost happened. But I put it on the back burner due to how offensive it was...
Going into this month, I haven't listened to Rancid Abomination Once for 10 years. I used to hate it, thanks to it offending my family. But I got some of it back, and OMG it was amazing musically, and I wanted to get back into it due to that. 2 days ago I got a second cd back. I am still missing a ton. I don't think I will get them back at all. See I deleted them all off my PC in 2006. SO I decided to compensate for that by Reforming Rancid Abomination, 2 nights ago.
Rancid Abomination is coming back big time. Unleashing Vengeance is dead. Caustic Euphony is dead. All my other bands are on the back burner. It's time To bring back the most offensive band in metal history to the internet...
The reunion will be a short one though. Rancid Abomination will have the following three things done for it in 2016. A) A new Album, Entitled "Into Hells Anus". B) A Greatist Hits Compilation Released on XMAS 2016. and C) A live album done in november/december (possibly, it's up in the air - It's hard for a one man band to perform live. Right now It's a 2 man band)..
It's been 10 years since Rancid Abomination was around at all.. Think about that for a minute. It's coming back, and most of it's cd's are not available to download on noisetrade thanks to people's stupidity (mine mostly). I has a limited presence on line. I need to justify that presence and increase it by doing a new album.

You see how horribly offensive Rancid Abomination was. It offended lots of people on mp3.com. I had it up there from the get go (from when our first song existed). It was quite bad then but not nearly as bad As it would get later on. Tons of anger and hatred all over the lyrics were there from late 2001 till the end. It was horribly violent and evil. Some of it I meant seriously, other songs were just sick jokes. You can tell if a song is serious if there are little to no swears in it.
The ones that were designed to offend people were FILLED with swears. It was horribly bad then... Eventually it would be toned down slightly in 2004. But it still was evil, lyrically. That Never changed... But that wouldn't last and It got more offensive later...
Well the band got SO offensive in 2006 that I decided to disband it permanently.
All along Rancid Abomination's lyrics were designed to be sick and offensive in every conceivable way. But none of it was serious. I was never a Satanist and am not one now. I did it to offend people, specifically one person who seemed easily offended who had annoying kids and showed up at every family get together back in 2001-2002. From 2002 on however the lyrics became more serious and sinister. I stopped trying to offend people as much and wrote evil lyrics on purpose because that's what I wanted the band to be like. Some were still joke song lyrics but a few were serious.
Some songs wrote about interesting shit too. At least one song had politcal leanings in 2004. Several were about fiction. One song was about the movie Alien. Several were about X-Files Episodes. Several songs focused on paranormal themes, such as ghost stories, alien abductions, etc... A few wrote about fictitious paranormal things... One song was written about an infamous haunted painting I read about on paranormal.about.com. That song was amazing! Phenominal melodies. Too bad I lost it tragically.
Fastforward from 2006 to 2016. I had been in tons of side projects and bands. I learned how to do good production and how to write good music. I started becoming more varied as a song writer. Unleashing Vengeance would get semi popular. All of that made me want to go back to Rancid Abomination bad. In 2014 It almost happened. But I put it on the back burner due to how offensive it was...
Going into this month, I haven't listened to Rancid Abomination Once for 10 years. I used to hate it, thanks to it offending my family. But I got some of it back, and OMG it was amazing musically, and I wanted to get back into it due to that. 2 days ago I got a second cd back. I am still missing a ton. I don't think I will get them back at all. See I deleted them all off my PC in 2006. SO I decided to compensate for that by Reforming Rancid Abomination, 2 nights ago.
Rancid Abomination is coming back big time. Unleashing Vengeance is dead. Caustic Euphony is dead. All my other bands are on the back burner. It's time To bring back the most offensive band in metal history to the internet...
The reunion will be a short one though. Rancid Abomination will have the following three things done for it in 2016. A) A new Album, Entitled "Into Hells Anus". B) A Greatist Hits Compilation Released on XMAS 2016. and C) A live album done in november/december (possibly, it's up in the air - It's hard for a one man band to perform live. Right now It's a 2 man band)..
It's been 10 years since Rancid Abomination was around at all.. Think about that for a minute. It's coming back, and most of it's cd's are not available to download on noisetrade thanks to people's stupidity (mine mostly). I has a limited presence on line. I need to justify that presence and increase it by doing a new album.

The songs are a bit toned down compared to 2004-2006 stuff but they are still quite bad. I still want to write offensive music. The only thing that's missing is the swear ridden nonsense.. More updates later on this album. It will be recorded soon, but not right away. I am planning to record it sometime in late September, Early October, Possibly on this coming sunday, but that might not happen now..

Rancid Abomination! The best damn black metal band ever! Go #NewEnglandStyle
From 2001-2006 I was the sole member of a black metal one man band named Rancid Abomination. It was a HEAVY dark black metal band... It started out as an atmospheric black metal band with heavy thrash elements thrown in in 2001. In fact the first album was death metal. But it shifted to black metal within 2 cd's...
Back in 2001 it was so horribly bad lyrically that it got several people on mp3.com pissed at me. It was stupid. It got not much better a few years later, lyrically, but musically it started changing after a certain incident. A fucking idiot musical critic named Susan Ramson trashed it and that pissed me off. So I ended up ditching the internet for releasing new cd's, I didn't want stupid critics bashing it, so I just ended up keeping 90% what I did for the band to myself from 2003-2006.
During that period, it started to evolve into something unique though. It got REALLY good... REALLY good.. It changed styles suddenly, right after the Susan Ramson BS. Going away from atmospheric black metal it suddenly became something way heavier... Super Thrashy black metal!
It started to do melodies found in no other band. Unique melodies of a certain style that are made when you play one note and then play another note without stopping playing the first note. A lot of it's melodies were constructed this way. It kept changing the pitch of the second note too. Sometimes it would be 3 steps higher, other times 4 steps higher, sometimes those steps lower too... It was very varied, and keyboards and guitars both did this regularly. These delayed harmonies became a big thing in it... It had developed it's own style. The style that I like to call #NewEnglandStyle
Rancid Abomination started something unique. It changed styles a lot but was almost always thrashy black metal with delayed harmonies. Many of it's cd's did this. Later on it would develop more of a melodic death metal twinge, inspired by amon amarth. This was how it ended, as a melodeth band...

Caustic Euphony formed from it's ashes and for a while was nothing more than thrashy death metal. Then in 2007 it developed a very black metal influenced death metal style that included delayed harmonies. My second band Unleashing Vengeance, started as a blackened thrash band in 2002. It did delayed harmonies as well for a long time. But rancid abomination was the pioneer of that style... Not unleashing vengeance... Eventually unleashing vengeance and caustic euphony would both go onto to do totally different styles not influenced by Rancid Abomination..
New England Style Black Metal is way cooler than any other black metal band out there... Currently there are 3 New England Style Black Metal bands around. Rancid Abomination (which has a limited presence online now), Dismembered September, and Homicidal Hammerfist (not a black metal band
per say, but it has black metal elements)... Both of those last 2 bands are Rancid Abomination Inspired. Currently I am at work on Dismembered September. We have 2 cd's out... The sound is a lot like Rancid Abomination, only less evil and better produced.

Dismembered September update
Z.A. here...
Dismembered September has gotten a little better off once it got on the net. I made a youtube site, a facebook page, a twitter page and a xmetal-empirex.com page for it too... So far we have gotten no twitter followers, but we have gotten a decent amount of plays on soundcloud, but nothing else has happened. It's too early to see.
It's good the previous post got lots of views...
Now on to what I think of our first cd/ep "Disgorging the Rancid Flesh":
I like it a lot.
Production wise it could be a lot better, but still it's not too badly produced. Vocals are a lot worse than previous psychotic fury/unleashing vengeance material. Guitars sound way better though. The chorussed effects and the distorted vocals are problems caused by my soundcard and microphone, respectively.
Track 1 "Stupid Black Dog" is a good fast opener. It has interesting, almost power metal melodies thrown in, but played in a tremelo style. This song is more blackened melodeth than blackened thrash. But the rest is way more in your face.
Track 2 "All insects must die" is way harder. The melodies are a lot more extreme sounding and there are faster blastbeats... It's brutal! But not as brutal as track 3. Short song, Only 2:39 long
Track 3 "Putrid Disgust" is so brutal, that it turned out to be the most brutal track on the cd AND the most brutal song any of my bands has written. It is a short one too.. Being only 2:09 in length.
Lyrics for this were inspired by the awesome video game "Clive Barker's Undying". This is my favorite song on the cd.
Track 4 "Unleashed upon the world" is a lot slower than track 3 and much longer. But it's good. The verses and chorusses are brutal as track 2 but there is a lengthy intro and slow break with some accoustic sections thrown in, similar to earlier unleashing vengeance from 2009 or so. Good song but my least favorite on the cd due to the abysmal vocal production.
Track 5 "Call of the Brethren Moons" is a long dark instrumental which is more prog metal based than blackened thrash. It's based on the hideously sickeningly disgusting survival horror series Dead Space, thematically. Originally it had lyrics but they came out so bad I made it an instrumental. Great song and a great ending.
According to Last.fm I have listened to this cd 50+ times in 2 days. Holy Shit!
The next one will be recorded 2 weeks from now. Don't have any other info on it than that...

Dismembered September Band Founded by Me.
Welcome to my new blog. I am Z.A. I am an musician from the Boston Area. I play Metal music only. I was in several bands and solo artists. I started ages ago in 2000 in my first solo artist massacred (originally called metal massacre). I then formed Rancid Abomination a black metal solo artist that became a band much later. The style started as dark atmospheric black metal but changed later on into melodic black metal with unique melodies that sounded like something between doom metal and black metal. I then formed a blackened thrash band called Psychotic fury with Kirk Stabbati on Guitar. That band would die and then be reformed in 2008 and would eventually change to extreme progressive metal and change it's name to compensate for that. At that time I also had a solo artist playing progressive death metal called Caustic Euphony which also became a band.
Since the breakup of psychotic fury/unleashing vengeance and Caustic Euphony (due to many reasons), me and kirk have formed 2 other bands. We formed Homicidal Hammerfist, a blackened power metal band that only does instrumentals. That was formed in July 2016 and since then was shelved a month later after the first 6 cd's are done. It was inspired by power metal and rancid abomination alike.
But that has been shelved. So what are we working on now?
We love older unleashing vengeance, back when it was called psychotic fury. It had a really interesting dark style to it that mixed black metal and sodom like thrash metal together well.. This style would be present in 2008 and then it would go down the normal thrash metal sound and become progressive melodic thrash in 2010 and later. This melodic edge however was short lived as metalcore and industrial elements got in it in 2012. But back in 2010 it was rawer, more evil sounding, and in 2002 it was a raw as you can get.
So after listening to 2010 era unleashing vengeance, where black metal elements were quite heavy in the sound, we decided to recreate that style in a new band, with better production. We called this band Dismembered September. This blog is for that band mostly. I do vocals. Kirk does all instruments... I also do mixing, mastering, marketing, uploading, etc...
So far it's a 2 man band... It has one EP out called "Disgorging the Rancid Flesh".
Musically, Disgorging sounds very similar to a style that you would get if you fused the fast riffs from 2012 exploding metal era unleashing vengeance with rancid abomination's melodies. Add in a vocal style which is eerily similar to my vocals in 2002 unleashing vengeance/psychotic fury and you get a monster of a cd. Then make it 2x more extreme and you get brutal brutal stuff.
It's so brutal that it surpasses anything ANY of my bands have done in the heaviness department.
Track 2 and 3 are short songs, each far less than 5 minutes long, both clocking around 2 minutes long. Each one of these is filled with blastbeats, insane riffage and super fast tempo thrashy stuff...Track 3 is the fastest song I've ever recorded. Track 2 is almost as fast. It's insane...
Track 1 and 4 are heavy but lighter than track 2 and 3. Track 5 is an epic dark prog metal instrumental.
So far all 5 songs are on our soundcloud. The album is available to download on noisetrade. So far it has done fairly well for a 1st day on soundcloud, but not great. I guess that's to be expected. I will work on marketing it for the next 4 months (this month included).
But overall I dig this cd a lot. On my last.fm (which measures my listening habits and recommends new bands), It is number 3. I've listened to it 30 times. Which is amazing for a 5 song cd. I can't stop listening to it. Production wise it's a bit off (there are distortions in the vocals and chorused guitar effects. Both of these are problems with my soundcard recording vocals AND what's being played at the same time (music) in the same track. No way to get rid of this without using a better mixing software (which we can't afford, the band is a hobby band only). I still think it came out OK production wise. Shits all over later period unleashing vengeance and 2010/2002 stuff quite nicely...
